Risk :
preterm labor - 5 or more contractions per hour, bright red bleeding, mucus brown out, pressure , dull backache that does not go away, water breaks that is clear or colored.
braxton -
preeclampsia - high BP - sometimes even normal BP can get preeclampsia . swelling of face, sudden weight gain, blurry vision, headaches, not peeing.
Preeclampsia with seizure - eclampsia
HELLP syndrome - pain in upper right part of body, throwing up, headeaches not going away, bleeding
can even happen after delivery
change is discharge - fever - diarrhea - vomit, faint , itcches when you go, breathing trouble, redness or swelling in one leg - CALL
Normal / expected changes
weight - 1 pound a week - last month stop gaining
seat belt wearing okay
practice contractions - rock hard - don't hurt - irregular - don't get closer together - not felt in back - ease when you move around
kicking - twists, punches, retsing sometimes - usual amount consistent is good
number of kicks in certain time
vaginal discharge increases - mucousy normal - whitish - urine leaking is also normal
water breaks - gush or trickle
don't sleep on back , sleep on side
restless leg syndrome - urge to move - stratch , maasage , warm bath
to do list - anxious - talk to someone - not before sleep - relax before sleep
backaches - regular backache Vs contraction backache - comes and goes with labor
comfy shoes
pillow between leg

bend at knees
try stretching everyday - back round like cat
acid reflux / heartburn because of relxing hormones - spicy, acidic , mint, chocolate - avoid
hard time taking deep breaths
wrists and hands - swelling
leg cramps - drink water , strecth calf muscles - toe raises
dizzy - get up slowly, dont' sit or stand long time, water b4 bath, avoid overeating
